Great location and pet friendly!
5/5 Stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 dogs. I work from home and had no issues. They also provided an extra monitor which was great. Fenced in yard. Everything we needed. Neighbor is in a transitional area but super quiet and I felt safe the entire stay. Close to Clearwater beach and Dunedin.
Great stay
5/5 Erich from the management company was very helpful and responsive. They shared in advance that due to storm, the fence was damaged. I actually made an error and booked our stay a day after we actually arrived and Erich was very accommodating. House had all the basics you will need (coffee, sugar, tons of towels, hairdryer). Water pressure was good and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows could use an upgrade and there were no wine glasses. Outside table area was nice to sit and relax. House had a fire pit and grill but we didn't use it. Short drivable distance to everywhere we needed to go for our stay. House is located in a bit of a transitional neighborhood but we didn't feel unsafe. Overall, would stay here again.
