Very Nice Place

Overall I would say 3.5 out of 5
4/5 Condo was laid out nice and it was clean. There are some things that need to be updated, fixed etc. master bath has a missing towel rod. Things to repair, fix or improve: loudest dryer in the world. Sounds like airplane engine. Condo needs a full length mirror and door hooks to hang towels. Some outlets don’t work. You have to manually turn on lamps. Some of the wall switches are not connected to lamps. No workers no locks on doors. Front door does lock the first time you close it. I hand to turn the handle up for it to work. Elevators are extremely slow.

We’ll be back
5/5 We brought our 2 teenagers and a friend for each - the location was great for walking to the beach and shopping. A quick ride to Sand Key beach which is way more low-key than Clearwater Beach (easier to park and rent chairs/umbrellas). It would have been great if the house had a few chairs and a beach umbrella. Slept 6 comfortably. Each bedroom had a Smart TV and the kitchen was well appointed. We made great use of the washer/dryer although the dryer vent is like a jet engine so we ran it while we were out at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

5/5 This property was perfect for us. The location is in the middle of Clearwater Beach. The ammonites were fantastic. The view was wonderful. Will definitely search for this rental the next time we are in town.
