  • Home away from home!!!

    First of all, Nick is very responsive to any and all calls.. had a small issue with dryer and he had a maintenance guy there the next day! Condo is clean, well supplied, comfortable , on 2nd floor right at the entrance to the pool.Bed is so comfortable and was happy the bathroom had a TUB/ SHOWER combo... !!!! I need to soak and love a tub, so Thank you!!!You cant go wrong with location it is near Abes which is a sports type restaurant we like and there are plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby...

  • Great last minute reschedule

    We had to rethink our anniversary trip after hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers (where we normally go). My husband came across this listing for less than what a hotel would have cost us so we figured why not. I was a little nervous, having never rented through VRBO, but everything was perfect! The condo had so much space for the two of us and we loved having a full kitchen vs the kitchenette we would’ve had in a hotel. So close to Clearwater beach, near tons of shopping, and had a great pool area. There’s even pool/beach items in the storage closet of the porch! Definitely a great spot. We’re already thinking about renting again next year. We had a great week :)
