  Gorgeous and spacious home- perfect for a large family or vacation get away. Our family loved that everything we needed was provided at the property. Owners were responsive and very kind. We will definitely be booking here again.

• Awesome Place to Stay

  The house is amazing with lots of room for our group of 4 couples. Most furnishings were new or nearly new. Plenty of room to give everyone space and privacy. The outside deck and pool were used a lot by our group and it was spacious and in great shape. A great spot to cool down and relax. The location was in a nice subdivision. I would definitely stay here again.

  Casa Getaway was designed to reflect the Lavish Mediterranean lifestyle and was ready to host our dream southwest Florida vacation from the very onset. when we arrived with the grand double doors welcomed us to Paradise. As we enter home soaring ceilings, stone floors and abundant windows and glass doors that disappear to afford one large open space in the back of the home all leaving their eyes to a stunning outdoor space and breathtaking sweeping views of the wide canals a great location in Southwest Cape Coral. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet in a beautiful neighborhood. It was an easy drive to shopping, dining,pubs, bars and entertainment in 5 miles. Home has a chefs kitchen that is well equipped in a marvelous place to cook with large counter that seats eight people was the highlight for mingling and fun. The beds were super comfortable and the linens flawless. Each bedroom was a private oasis. Fully screened lanai and private salt water pool with awesome spa were fabulous along with tiki bar was

  the hi-light. What a gathering place the outdoor grill area - you could practically live poolside with the terrific comfortable lounge area with a large screen TV afforded us the opportunity to sports news and movies it was great to lounge there for family movie night in the evening with the ocean breeze washing over us! We loved the fabulous dock area for relaxing and enjoying cocktails and the beautiful water views and sunsets. Casa Getaway is everything we could’ve dreamed of. We can hardly wait to return and relive the dream

• Spectacular vacation home

  Our Thanks for Evolve Properties on the addition of this new property...

  My wife & I give it 5 stars.

  As soon as we opened the front door we were mesmerized by what we saw.

  The views of the living room and kitchen which also opens up to the lanai,

  Pool, tiki bar and waterway... WOW!!!

  The pool and hot tub are large enough to handle 8 people easily. Also the pool always mantains a temperature of 87 degrees. Perfect for anything. Hot tub is Great.

  My wife and I enjoyed sitting on a floatie with our favorite drink listening to music and watching the boats go down the waterway. Awesome panoramic view.

  I wish we owned a boat because the dock and place to tie up your boat is safe with easy access.

  We have some friends that live fairly close on the waterway and they picked us up with their boat . We did some site seeing and went to an awesome restaurant on the water in Cape Coral. Doesn't get any better.

  The dock is also large enough with a western exposure for sun lovers who want to soak up some rays.

  The lanai and tiki bar( which has a gas grill ) has a mounted 75 inch LG TV. We enjoyed watching the NFL play off games with some friends. Great place to sit out at night and watch a movie. You can even float in the pool and watch it because of the 75in TV and warm pool.

  Last but not least everything is new. The beds have high quality king size mattresses and luxury linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything new including dishes and appliances. The laundry room is spacious with high end washer & dryer.

  You really don't need to leave.

  We are already talking with some friends and plan on booking a week or 2 next year.

  This place is Great! Well worth it!!
