  We were very disappointed with the property. We choose this property for the pool and the fenced in yard. We paid extra to have the pool heated. The only days that the pool water was warm was on Sunday and Wednesday morning. I reached out to the property management company, and they were no help at all. We have used VRBO to stay in different places. This was the first time that had to fun out the very next morning and get toilet paper. I mean you could leave more than a half a roll in the bathroom. On Tuesday, we were leaving to go out to lunch and my son had stopped by and was going to ride with us. He moved his car and the neighbor a crossed the street told him to watch where he parked. My son is a very respectful person and did nothing wrong. It was very unnerving to have him tell us he was watching the property. I understand someone watching the property; however, it was super creepy to have someone watching us. When we came back the front door was completely open. That was the second time someone was in the house. The side fence gate that was being held closed by a lawn chair had been pushed open. I was actually at the house when the pool company came to clean and they came in the opposite way where there was no gateThe fence was not repaired which we totally understand since the hurricane. However, you should have let us know about the fence before we paid our finally payment. We were very disappointed in the property. I paid an additional $150 for the pool heating. The creepiness of having someone watching us, the front door and the gates being open is very unnerving.

  - Our cleaning team leaves extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom and we're sorry if you were not able to locate these, we wish you would have reached out with this concern while in residence as we're always happy to assist.
  - We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like the neighbor’s comments are simply out of our control.
  - Our records show that we emailed you regarding the broken fence along with your pre-stay instructions. We're sorry to hear that this caught you off-guard.

  Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. Beds comfortable and pool was great. However, major weed issue in the front and rear yards.
