Girls Getaway

A beautiful home with ALL the amenities in a super quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most, since our stay was focused on relaxation and sunshine. This property doesn’t skimp out on quality either! I’d come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for offering such a beautiful property for anyone to enjoy.

Won’t stay again

The house looked great on line but the smell was another story. Very musty! My husband actually bought a machine from Target the second day we were there to try to eliminate some of the musty smell since we had five nights booked there. It helped a little but didn’t take it away. The smell got into our clothes and everything! Every time we would leave and come back, it was very obvious there was a musty mildew problem there. We arrived right before bedtime so I took a shower and pulled back the sheets only to find a big wad of black hair and what looked like body oil where whomever stayed there last laid. Sheets hadn’t been cleaned in the master bedroom. We have two young children and I was expecting the pool enclosure to be in place and that was torn off due to the hurricane. Lots of bugs so we weren’t able to sit outside much or open the patio, due to that missing around the pool area. The left sink in the master bedroom also did not drain. I am sensitive to mildews and musty smells so for that reason alone, I would not stay there again.

-We do not have a mildew issue nor have we ever. There have not been any guests in the past who have ever complained about this. We have checked the house numerous times and have not smelled any mildew. We the owners tried to communicate via phone so that we could find a solution and you declined. We are the kind of owners who want to reach out and be available whenever a situation arises, we want all our guests to be happy
-Our apologies that the lanai pool cage had not been rebuilt by the time you arrived for your visit. Like many homeowners, we were affected by damage from Hurricane Ian. We are patiently waiting for our turn for building experts to get the resources to rebuild this part of our home. We are sorry for the inconvenience
-We take cleanliness seriously and were not aware that there were any issues with the sheets on the bed, we will look into this and wish you had brought it to our attention while you were in the home

We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

The house was perfect. Extremely clean. Modern. Very well equipped. There are even kids toys! The pool is in the sun most of the day, which is fantastic! My family and I would recommend the house to anyone and would stay again! Thank you for opening the home to us!

Girls Weekend

There were 4 of us ladies staying this beautiful property for a long weekend getaway. Y’all were so accommodating and the house was absolutely perfect! We had groceries delivered and went out downtown Cape Coral as well. The house was perfectly equipped for anything you could want, including a Bose speaker that we used throughout our stay!! We will definitely be back!!

July 4th Blast!

We had a absolutely amazing time! What a beautiful home super clean well equipped with water toys and supplies. Kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the hot tube We visited several island purchased seafood, fresh fruits and veggies. Best time every, we where able to view fireworks from the pool area.Thank yall for the hospitality and thank you Sylvia for your quick responses amazing questions...you are super friendly and qas very helpful amazing we also enjoyed the complimentary wine! Thanks again!!
