Exceeded our expectations
5/5 The owners and Evolve were amazing through the process. All of the extra amenities really made a huge difference. From fishing poles, electric bikes, beach chairs, toys etc.
The layout is perfect and the pool area is incredible.

Lovely Pool Area
5/5 My family has stayed in many house rentals in Florida and this by far had the most beautiful pool area. The house was so prepared for guests by being stocked for all your needs. Kayaks and bikes were fun and a nice addition. Very comfortable home.

ABOVE AND BEYOND
5/5 Jan and Bob go above and beyond for any guest. We have stayed at their other property before, and this was our first time at this location and it did not disappoint. The pool and views were to die for. The house is absolutely AMAZING since it was just recently redone top to bottom. We were in the perfect location, close enough to do what we wanted in Ft. Myers, but out of the way enough to not hear anything. Jan and Bob, the host are extremely welcoming and will do anything to insure your stay is exceptional. We have been to Cape Coral multiple times and have stayed with this host every time and we will continue to do so. You would be silly not to stay at either Jan or bobs properties. We recommend 100/100.
