  There was 11 of us, 5 adults and 6 kids in age from 2 yrs old to 12 years old. Plenty of room for everyone. So much was included. Bedding, extra bedding, bathroom necessities, towels and washcloths, kitchen ware, everything you could think of or forget for the kitchen- all the way to the grill, games, fishing rods, beach chairs, golf clubs, ample parking, a little fenced in yard for the children, a large salt water pool that was well maintained, the yard was mowed and groomed beautifully. The furniture and decor was beautiful, very modern. Everything was clean when we got there and ready for our stay. I would stay again and definitely recommend to family and friends.

  Upon arrival, the first thing we did was to check all of the doors leading into the lanai for the child safety locks. We found two doors missing locks and the alarm system disabled. It was an easy fix but when we called to report the issue, Sylvia was very rude and really didn’t care. She was insulted that we called to complain about some thing. Thankfully, the owner is much more pleasant than the manager. The house is stunningly beautiful and in mostly good condition. The king size bed is broken so it sags desperately in the middle making it quite uncomfortable and all of the dishes had to be washed when we got there because they were filthy. Overall, I would stay there again because it fit our needs with the layout and the owner was fantastic. I would recommend he find a different management company.

  -This was the first time we had heard of such an issue with the bed, based on your feedback we had it checked after your stay. It has been fixed and shouldn't be a concern for future guests
  -We are looking carefully into the door locks on the sliding doors and will install new ones or fix them so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
