Extremely pleased with our experience
5/5 My Wife and I stay at this home in Dec. When we walked in for the first time, my Wife loved how clean the place was. Pool was amazing and you can tell the Owner takes great pride in home. Thank you and we look forward to reserving a week maybe longer in March/April Well done
With a few updates this property could go from good to great!
4/5 Positives - good location, beautiful landscaping, great lanai and pool area, kitchen basics in place as well as bathroom items were great!Areas of opportunity - refresh needed of sheets, pillows, towels, and bath mats. Ceiling fans are needed in the living areas and master bedroom. Having a few melamine or plastic cups and dinnerware would be great for families. Lastly, consider having the cleaning crew sweep the front entry area for cobwebs and dead bugs. Overall, it met our needs for the few nights we needed to stay in Cape Coral.

Homeowner's Response: "Thank you for leaving a review. Rooms without ceiling fans have vaulted ceilings and high-powered vertical fans so as not to draw down hot air from the ceiling. Thank you for the recommendation about the plasticware. I have purchased plastic plates and cups. All linens and 40 towels were purchased new within the last 12 months. Just like any home, there are older towels in case of spills or accidents. The cleaning team has been advised to check for cobwebs in the entryway before new guests arrive. Thank you for your comments. I hope you enjoyed your stay!"

Fantastic
5/5 I spent 3 wonderful nights in villa with my family and it was really fun. The house is a gem with all comforts, pool table, swimming pool, TVs in the key areas, etc. A special thanks goes to the service (Florida Spirit SW) and Chris, the property owner, they are on top of everything. I will try to book it again in the future!
