    Place was very clean. It was just what we needed. A place to rest our head. Nothing fancy but modern. Nice furniture. Close to restaurants and stores. Owner was very nice. Would definitely consider it again.

    Lovely, clean home in a quiet neighborhood and an attentive and responsive host. Nice privacy on the covered patio with birds and butterflies. Just wish the weather had been a bit warmer :)

  • Not a good experience.... landlord canceled one day before arrival

    Sadly, one day before we were to arrive for our stay in Cape Coral, our reservation was canceled and no reason was given for this. Our fees were refunded and a voucher was provided but this caused a lot of stress for our family to find an alternative place to stay. This experience was quite disappointing. I wrote several times about the "check in" process and finally heard that our accommodations were not available.

The family of renters who were there right before you tested positive for Covid on their last day and needed to quarantine at the property. This was very fortunate for all involved. We would never cancel unless absolutely necessary. We are very sorry for the huge inconvenience to you."
