Peaceful Paradise
5/5 This house was the perfect choice for two seniors from Ohio. We took morning walks, saw burrowing owls, swam in the heated pool and visited the library. Our location made it easy to eat out, buy groceries and to sight see. Would love to return.

Wonderful home!
5/5 We had a great time staying in Cape Coral. The house was very clean, check in was so easy, the view was absolutely gorgeous on the canal! We had great communication with the host. We enjoyed our trip to the fullest. Would absolutely stay in this property again.

Great location
3/5 We have always enjoyed the Cape Coral area and the location of this home was ideal. The lanai/pool area is nice but the rest of the home was a dated. Upon arrival we spent a fair amount of time cleaning the home as well. An unfortunate issue while renting this home was days after booking our daughter became engaged and we contacted the property to cancel. We were told that this property was not eligible for cancellation with any refund even though my request came 48 hours after I booked it. I'm not sure if this is still the case but I had never encountered a policy like this with any other rentals.
There were a few minor issues during our rental and the owners were very kind and prompt with resolving them. They also sent us a gift basket for Valentines Day which was very thoughtful. All and all we had a nice stay and again the owners were very pleasant to work with.
