A great stay
5/5 We loved everything about this home. It has absolutely everything we needed. The pool and spa were delightful! The house is very conveniently located to groceries, restaurants and shopping. The electric bikes were so much fun. The owners and evolve team were so accommodating. Emails and texts were answered right away. Perfect vacation and would not hesitate to return.

5/5 House was as described and perfect for our family with 3 children. Bunk beds were great for the kids. There were bikes, kayaks, fishing equipment and beach equipment. The pool was the best part, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Even had an air fryer and grill. Beds were comfortable. And the canal view was amazing and enjoyed watching all the boats go by. Would definitely stay there again.

A great stay!
5/5 Our family, including kids 5 & 8, had an awesome week at this house! The location on the canals was great. The kids lived in the pool, and we started and ended every day in the hot tub. Jan was very responsive to our questions, and provided a great list of ideas for things to do.The house has a well-stocked kitchen, and tons of amenities. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the canal (lifevests provided for adults and kids), fishing from the dock, and riding the electric bikes. There were toys for the beach, pool toys, games, etc.Fellowship park has a great shaded playground and splash pad. The Cape Coral beach was nice, and the Sanibel beach was great for finding shells. We highly recommend Lobster Lady and Merrick for seafood. Awesome ice cream at Cape Creamery, just across the street from Publix — only about 5 minutes drive from the house.We hope to return again soon!
