Fragrance Overbearing & Unsafe Pool Access
1/5 When we arrived we were met by an overbearing fragrance that caused immediate headache and wheezing for my husband and I. We found there was an abundance of air freshener plug-ins. So we removed and opened all windows. We hoped it would air out.
In the meantime, we found the pool had no gate (expected), but the door leading to it had only a single low lock that our 3 year old easily unlocked and headed out, and no alarm. This made us very uneasy.
We were so excited for this little vacation, we tried to make it work. But as soon as we closed things up the fragrance was overpowering. Everything was washed in super strong chemicals that really effected the air quality of the home.
Unfortunately with the unsafe pool situation and not being able to air the home out enough so that it wasn't harmful to our health, we decided to leave. I dealt with respiratory issues for days after leaving and we were only there for 7 hours.
Great family home
5/5 Had everything we need including a very attentive property manager. Close to Tampa which was perfect for us for this trip.

Wonderful stay and experience
5/5 Great house for a vacation with the a large family. We were 15 people and felt super comfortable and welcoming. The communication with Zakkiyah from the management company was fantastic. The room with bunk beds is ideal for all the kids together. Plus the amenities: pool table, table soccer, air hockey and a hot jacuzzi. Everything super clean and well maintained.
