  Place was at perfect condition as well as perfect location. My family plans to come back to Bradenton and hopefully stay at the same spot. Virginia, the host, is extremely professional and attentive. Happy we chose this house, we were comfortable the house was cozy and clean.

  This is a beautiful property first off, we just had a couple issues while here. 1st once I booked and paid in full with pet fee, I received an email later stating the pets could not be left unattended, this cause us to change most of our plans while in Florida for the week. Second after the second night an old friend came by to visit and we sat on the front porch, no music, just conversation and I received a complaint the next day, yes we were past the 10pm, but we were not loud and were just talking. So the bid issues for us was being advertised as "Pet Friendly" and receiving this:House Rules:- No smoking- Pet friendly with a fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and cannot be left unattended. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately. 3 pets max- No events, parties, or large gatherings

  - Communication is highly important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We attempted to reach out to you several times during your stay via text and phone calls to address your concerns but were unable to connect with you.
  - We aim for transparency and we want all of our guests to find the perfect vacation rental for their stay, so we take the accuracy of our listings seriously. The listing does clearly state the house rules for guests to confirm that it fits their needs before booking their reservation.
  - In regards to the house rules, smoking is allowed on the front porch as long as the interior windows are closed. To maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors, we do ask that pets are not left unattended for long periods. As an additional courtesy to those around us, the quiet rules are in effect after 10:00pm.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.
