A peaceful paradise

We have a condo on Anna Maria Island and we rented this condo at River Strand for the month of February. What a peaceful change from the island. Granted there is alot to do on the island and things wind down by 9pm at River Strand but that was the best difference. The tranquility sitting on the lanai overlooking the large pond and listening and watching all the wildlife there was a welcome and quiet change. Loved it so much we're thinking of buying a condo here next year. Anne was quick to respond to any questions I had and the condo furnishings are beautiful. Will stay there again if we dont buy one.

Beautiful condo with a lovely view . Had a few issues initially but they were looked after in a timely manner by

Christy and her condo management team.

Apparently the code has changed so we were unable to BBQ on the lanai but there was an in door kitchen grill..

We have stayed in this condo for 3 winters. Nice space, well eqioped kitchen but lacking mixing bowls. Comfortable beds and nice baths. Great laundry. Very quiet with a nice view of golf course and pond

Beautiful Home with excellant view

My husband, son and I along with our dog all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with a wonderful view of the pond. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching gators, turtles and birds and evenings watching the sunset from the balcony. The community of River Strand is very nice with a beautiful resort style pool, golf course and tennis courts. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions while I was booking and the property management team responded to questions and any issue we had while staying at the property. I will recommend this property to friends and family.

We were fortunate to spend six months here and COMPLETELY AGREE with "A Touch of Paradise" review - I couldn't improve upon his assessment. We appreciated each of the aspects he points out - and here are a couple more!

We appreciated how convenient the spacious condo is to I75, an excellent large selection nearby of top-brand quality stores, restaurants and nightlife. Boat rentals and two marinas a short 10 minute drive. And beaches, Anna Maria our favorite is an easy short drive to some terrific uncrowded beaches and great seafood restaurants. Many nights we enjoyed the colorful sunsets from the terrace patio. The community is friendly, gracious with nothing short of manicured grounds to enjoy, best of all we established numerous friends with fellow travelers. Finally, the owner does an excellent job of managing the property, and her efforts are proactive. We plan to recommend the condo to friends and family.
