  First LOCATION is PERFECT not to far and not to close to the hustle of everything. Delivery services are a jewel and never disappointed from Walmart to McDonald's everything was convenient. SECOND, the house, the land, everything you could imagine and MORE is included in this home. No need to bring anything but yourself LITERALLY. And last but definitely not least Jamie makes the entire experience worthwhile. IF and I do mean IF there is a question or concern he's ready and available and also accommodating with resources. He is a part of my family now I STILL owe you a home cooked all Southern Meal so you KNOW I'll be back sooner than later. My apologies for taking so long to leave the review however, you have to know it's an amazing property for me to still return after 2 years later..!! #FlordiasBestKeptSecret

  First, Jamie is excellent. He is pleasant, professional and responsive. The house profile is well represented and we had plenty of room for the 8 of us, including 4 teens. The property was big enough to feel private and very close to everything. We loved the deck and the screened in porch. The pool was sparkling. It rained really heavily the first night we arrived and someone came out to clean the pool and balance the chemicals the next morning. So we were able to enjoy the pool all week. The property is located within 2 miles of at least 3 Publixes. The beaches are maybe 30-40 minutes away. There were camp and beach chairs in the garage available for use. The garage also has a chest freezer with several bags of complimentary ice. Here are other good things to know if you like to rent houses and cook there as we usually do. There were starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, and plenty of garbage bags and coffee filters. The kitchen has plenty of room and is mostly stocked, but there were things missing. We needed a can opener and a pizza cutter. One of the measuring cups was missing too. We did buy a manual can opener and had brought our own pizza cutter. These are just little things that didn't seem worth troubling the property manager over. (I have no doubt he probably would have brought us those things if we'd asked by his speed with refilling the propane when we discovered the can empty.) I never know how a kitchen will be stocked when we rent and usually scour reviews so I only mention it to be helpful not to nitpick. We usually travel with certain kitchen necessities between our 2 families since we do a lot cooking. The house is very clean although the teal towels could stand to be stripped. We never ran out of hot water with 8 people taking showers, but the water temp was set very high. We kept burning ourselves at the kitchen sink if we forgot and turned the hot water on high. I stuck our meat thermometer in the running water and it was as hot as 150 degrees. Easily fixed by adjusting the water heater. A second fridge would have the icing on the cake since we do a big grocery run. Overall, we had a great relaxing time and I would recommend renting this house. We had a great stay.
