Lovely Bonita Springs home
5/5 We totally enjoyed our stay at this home. Plenty of room, a nice covered back porch overlooking the pond, and comfortable and clean bed and bathrooms! Lovely master suite on the second floor.
Located in a quiet and safe
neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Fenced yard for the dogs too! We would definitely return here

Nice House
4/5 Pros:
Nice screened in porch in back, good view of lake.
Pavilion over water, good place for drink in the evening.
Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath down, large master upstairs with bath, takes up whole 2nd floor.
Culligan filtered drinking water.
AC worked well
Master bed quite comfortable, cannot speak to others.
Responsive and easy to work with owner.
Cons:
Trash was overflowing when we arrived, crows flying in and out of garbage along with many flies. Owner removed half of trash so not overflowing, however we dealt with flies in the house for the entire stay. No fly swatter, had to improvise.
Upstairs lounge area has sofa, loveseat and chair, all covered with slipcovers in need of replacement.
No corkscrew to open wine bottle.
No pen and paper for grocery list, etc.
Toilet paper extremely low quality, purchased our own.
No tissues (Kleenex).
Cleaning person left empty cigarette package and cleaning towels on front porch.
Living room table had insect egg cases on it, obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Kitchen drawers need to be thoroughly cleaned.

5/5 The owner was extremely communicative. We had no issues while we were there. The little pond in the back was nice for an evening drink, birdwatching and sunset view. I did feel it was a bit overpriced for what we got, but so was everything else we looked at. Maybe because it was in season. The neighborhood was just ok.
