The Good The Bad and The Ugly.
3/5 The good: nice furniture, comfortable bed, suitable kitchen, good fans and air conditioning. The view from the back patio is truly pretty. The bad: ice maker and garbage disposal that did not work. We talked to the people that stayed there last year and were told the same thing happened to them. The ugly: the screened back porch and front patio had a lot to be desired. The furniture in the front patio was rusted and damaged and did not look like the VRBO picture. The screen in the back patio was ripped and the top cover was damaged to the point that leaves were coming in and covered the floor of the screened patio and when it rained part of it got wet. The patio doors were difficult to operate and the blinds did not work well. I do not think the place is worth the money we paid for it.

- The icemaker and garbage disposal are scheduled to be repaired by the end of the month, and we're sorry for the inconvenience during your stay!
- Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian damaged our lanai and patio doors. Our homeowner association is responsible for replacing the lanai, and we're hoping this happens very soon. They are struggling to find a crew to complete the task. We'll be sure to address the other maintenance concerns so future guests do not run into the same issues.
