Great dog friendly location, close to both Dewey and Rehoboth
3/5 Disappointed by lack of cleanliness of floors, tables, and counters ( kitchen and bathrooms). Luckily they had a ton of cleaning supplies so I cleaned first thing. Other than that, great place to stay and quiet condo complex in great location!!!

Quick getaway
3/5 Property manager was excellent and very responsive. Older property needs some love and attention. I Recommend to bring your own Sheets and towels.

They have recently added a new washing machine, updated the kitchen faucet, and made repairs on the furniture. More updates are planned for later this year as well. Good location
3/5 This place worked for our family and we were glad it was available. It needed additional cleaning and the property management company was a call-in number to recordings. (They were unresponsive and unhelpful.) Sheets and towels were provided. We brought them because we could not get this information. The location is very convenient and with a little felxibility it worked just fine.

Great spot and plenty of room!
4/5 We had half of the adults working online and the way it is laid out was perfect. Great location-close to beaches and shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood too.
