Great house, communication lacking
4/5 My family came to visit with family in the area. Bethany beach is nice during the off season. It was the perfect location for us with comfy beds and a good layout. One of the showers didn’t work, my only issue, besides the one working indoor shower, was that I did not hear back from the property managers about the shower.

Great cottage, comfortable with a couple minor hiccups
4/5 This cottage was adorable and looked just like the photographs, as expected. The neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for our group. It was very clean on the inside and had clearly been recently renovated. We love the larger area of Ocean View as well--quick drives to the new brew pub and the state beach.We did have an issue with the trash. The previous renters had left so much trash in the outdoor trash receptacles that they were overflowing when we arrived. We contacted Mike about it when we arrived to make sure he was aware that we would not have a place within the receptacles to put our trash. So that was a bit of an eyesore during our stay but didn't affect our overall experience.We had a minor issue checking in that the keyless entry wasn't working, but Mike addressed that quickly and directed us to where we could find physical keys to enter the home. Overall, we would consider staying at this property again!

Delightful home
5/5 Great, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the very nice community pool. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and we definitely want to stay again. Was nice to be such a short drive from Bethany Beach also.
