3/5 Property was okay Beds were not at all comfortable. 1 adult had to sleep on liv rm. recliner because of discomfort. Another adult slept in room meant for children. the single bed was extremely soft.Seemed funny that you had to walk across exposed porch to get to covered porch. Food wrappers were under double bed.

-Mattress taste is subjective and we have never received any complaints about this in the past, however, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. All of the beds would be considered medium on the mattress comfort scale. We chose these mattresses to appeal to the large majority of guests. The queen bed in the master bedroom also includes an adjustable base with massage
-The screen room was placed on the house in a way to not obstruct the water view from the living spaces in the house while creating additional outdoor space for grilling or just enjoying the wildlife on the water. The pictures clearly show the rear deck/screen room configuration

Beautiful home!!
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and the view of the creek from the back porch or screened in porch is wonderful. The house was very clean upon arrival. Furnishings were very comfortable. Very easy drive to beach and other activities. Quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood pool was close and very nice.
