Very good property, location and management
4/5 Property management was very responsive to all our needs and questions. Pleasant house. Great neighbourhood with access to tennis courts and club house with games and swimming pools. The only problem we had was that the keyfob did not work on the club house lock, but we were let in.

Summer Vacay
5/5 It was very nice, super short drive to the beach. Plenty of things to entertain the kids. I forgot about needing towels and linens so had to go shopping. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice beach adjacent town home
5/5 This was a really nice townhome. Larger on the inside than it looks. Three adults and 3 kids fit with plenty of space. Grocery store, CVS, beach within 5min drive. Beach chairs, a grill, all the dishes/cookware you might need. Neighbors are friendly. Communication was less than desirable. We stayed in this neighborhood through a different company so it wasn’t an actual problem, just a little inconvenient. And the pool that is part of the amenities is an additional cost and hard to set up depending on availability of office staff. I’d still stay here again. 9/10 would recommend.

Great short stay!
5/5 House is well stocked overall. Kitchen had everything you need, lots of bed pillows, board games, nice beach chairs and a grill. Very clean and spacious. The garage is SO nice to have! Perfectly located and would absolutely stay here again.
