  We enjoyed our stay. Not far from the beach. Went to the beach 4 days out of 6. Enjoyed the pool also in the Bay Forest community. Much time spent eating and having family time in the home. Nice screened in porch. Played games, watched sports and Jeopardy on the TV.

• Awesome Vacation Spot!!

  We enjoyed staying at this property. The house is meticulously clean and the rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. The house has all needed amenities and really felt like “home away from home.” Our host -Geetha went above and beyond to make our vacation a memorable and enjoyable one. We will definitely be a return guest and will recommend this property to everyone looking for a place to vacation with family close to the beach in Delaware.

• Beautiful home, perfect location!

  We booked a last minute break and were lucky to come across this beautiful home. The property is as described- beautifully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a hassle-free break. We love Bethany Beach and the The Ocean View location of this property was perfect. The home was a quick 15 min drive to Bethany Beach, 5 min drive to shops (e.g. Giant, Walmart, etc.), 2 min drive to Friends of Holts Landing State Park (where you can fish or go crabbing), a 30 min drive to outlet shopping in Rehoboth, and there were shops, bars and restaurants and fun activities within a 5-20 min drive of the property. The rental owner provided passes for use of the resort amenities, of which there are many, including several pools and a gym. The screened in porch was definitely our favorite spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading/relaxing and evening meals and drinks. The mezzanine area inside, complete with a comfortable sofa and great books, was the perfect spot for reading. Our teen daughter loved hanging out in the large bedroom with the bunk beds and tv.

  The owner was very accommodating and responsive to the few questions we had, as was the property management company. The entire rental process and use of the property, from check-in to check-out, was completely hassle-free.

  This is a fantastic property in a great location and we look forward to renting this home again next year!

• Amazing home away from home!

  The most amazing and peaceful home!

  We did a ladies weekend and it was the perfect place! It was such a cozy, welcoming home. Sophisticated and beautiful design.

  The house is so well designed every room is spacious. All details were thought about. All you need from kitchen, appliances, complimentary condiments, coffee. You have all you need for you to feel at home away from home. Clean, warm, beds and pillows were just amazing. The location is perfect minutes away from Bethany Beach, Ocean city and many others places. I will definitely come back. It is an elegant away to enjoy the beach and it’s surroundings.
