The property was unclean, only surface cleaning was done, the furnishings were outdated and marred.
1/5 I would not return to this property or recommend it to anyone. The furnishings appeared to be from an old hotel and not what was in the picture. In addition to use any of the facilities including outdoor parks a per person charge was required. I was not told this

Great neighborhood and house
4/5 This house had plenty of room and was perfect for my family of five. It’s about ten minutes from Bethany Beach. You can purchase a pool pass, and the pool is a short walk from the house. There are also tennis courts and a fitness room by the main pavilion. My only complaint is that the owner dropped in unexpectedly the first morning that we were there. We were exhausted from the long drive the day before and were woken up with him at the door saying that roof work needed to be done that morning. He walked through the house to check on something he had left in the dryer. Other than that, it was a great experience.

5/5 This location is beautiful and clean. Charming neighborhood, the pool area is lovely. Serene backyard pond and deck. Definitely would visit again.
