    The house in Bayside worked out great. We had all the things needed like home. The place was clean and very comfortable. A longer stay would have been better. We didn't get to the pool but the central location for stores and beaches worked out well. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

    The townhouse was located in a beautiful area. Nice neighborhood with a stunning clubhouse!

    The house was super clean, and well stocked with necessities. Master bed/bath was comfortable and plenty of towels! That was great. The smaller rooms, we’re cute but unfortunately not super comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced and mattresses were kind of hard.

    But overall we were pleased with the stay! The house suited our needs just fine. Would stay again!

    The townhouse itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The club house however, was inaccessible. We reached out by text, call, and through the Evolve account and our contacts went unanswered. We chose the facility for the clubhouse amenities as we were there in March and it was not yet beach weather. Our family was very disappointed in the lack of communication and the inability to use the advertised amenities.

    - We are so sorry that you had trouble accessing the clubhouse. The check-in instructions include directions on how to pre-pay through a Paypal account. However, we realize that is not an ideal arrangement and will make adjustments to the check-in procedure for future guests.
    - Regarding no response to texts and calls, we will be changing the guest contact as a result of your feedback, as we strive to be readily available for any guest requests or questions. Although this does not change your experience, future guests will benefit, and we thank you for that. Please accept our sincere apologies.
    - We would love for you to come back and enjoy a discounted weekend in the off-season as we want to make this right for you.
