Beautiful, Spacious Home
5/5 We have absolutely no complaints about this beautiful home! It's clean, bright, open, family-friendly, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the master bed was comfortable, (my kids 10 and under slept in the other 2 beds, so I don't have a review for them), the water pressure was great, and the kids loved the Foose Ball table. As other reviews have said, the house is about 25 minutes from any beach, but we knew that when we picked it, so there was no surprise. We chose to go to Cape Henlopen Beach and had a wonderful time there, as well. The house is large for a family of 6, so we had plenty of space to spread out!

Great home and community amenities
5/5 We had a great experience staying here. The house is spacious and provided plenty of space for my group of four. The community pool was clean and we enjoyed the Thursday afternoon farmers market. The beaches were about a 20 - 30 minute drive with summer traffic. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay
4/5 Initial impression was terrible... it appeared that someone had stayed and place was not cleaned. However, property manager was courteous, apologetic at someone having dropped the ball. Most importantly, she had someone come by immediately and made it right. Props to her for quick and prompt reaction. By the time we had returned from dinner, place was clean. Everyone enjoyed the stay and would come back again.
