Great house for our family’s vacation
5/5 The house was perfect for our family to spend the thanksgiving week at. Our boys, 8 & 12, had plenty of space and so much fun downstairs with their own bedrooms, a bathroom to share and the garage with ping-pong and foosball tables. All TVs were easy to work and had plenty of channels and apps to choose from. The washer/dryer was a great bonus too! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare our thanksgiving feast in it. The hot tub was amazing. We would love to stay here again.

5/5 Great place for family! Was a great family experience with the variety of games in the house. Location was very close to activities within Woodland Park as well as recreational activities outside the city.

Colorado family trip
5/5 Quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to all the activities in the area we wanted to do. The owner checked on us to make sure our stay was going well. Games, activities to keep the kids entertained as well when not out doing things.

Great for a Getaway!
5/5 I rented this house for a short vacation with another couple. The house was easy to find and conveniently located to a grocery store and restaurants. It is centrally located to major attractions and parks that we wanted to visit. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap. We did not cook while we were there but I believe the kitchen was stocked with anything we would have needed. My only complaint was the lack of ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The heat came on in the living room(which does have a fan) at night, but we needed air conditioning to sleep. There is a sketchy window unit in the master bedroom but nothing in the other bedrooms. With no air moving, it did get pretty warm at night. We were there the last week of May. Even a portable fan in each bedroom would be nice. We did use the washer and dryer which allowed us to come home with clean clothes. That was nice. We did not use the hot tub but it was heated upon our arrival. The neighborhood was very quiet and well maintained. I would rent this house again but would bring my own portable fan. If you are a family with young children the only way I would stay in this house is if an older child or adult could stay downstairs with the kids. The stairs are steep getting to the front entrance and then once inside, you need to use stairs to get to the two guest bedrooms downstairs.

We apologize to you and the other couple you traveled with as the heater in the living room was set to the wrong temperature.
