We stayed for four nights and had a great time. Some of the things we loved about this place include:1. Very clean in every room 2. Location is awesome. Right near everything in town and minutes from the ski hill 3. The yellow bus line literally stops in from of the condo to pick skiers up 4. Pool, hot tubs, and sauna were very nice and very clean. Some things to be aware of:1. The pool and hot tubs are in building #1 which is about a 500 yard walk on a road that connects all of the condo buildings. We drove there to keep it simple. They have a nice locker room with showers and lockers.2. The unit is on the 3rd floor. Steps were easy to navigate and enclosed so they are kept clean of snow. 3. The bus line advertises as running every thirty minutes. They are experiencing a driver shortage so they were only running hourly. I would call their help line to make sure you know when they are coming. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place for anyone planning on skiing at Winter Park.

Overall, we were disappointed in this condo. It is very small for 6 people (2 adults, 4 kids) and there's not even enough room for everyone to sit in the living room at the same time. When we arrived, I noticed there was no floor towel for the master shower and that there were only 6 towels for the 6 of us for the entire week stay. I called and asked for additional towels and was brought the missing master shower floor towel and only two extra towels. This required us to do a load of laundry to wash the towels mid-week and the laundry facilities are in the front building that you have to drive to, which was an inconvenience (and added cost). The condo was not very clean and there was mold on the shower curtain in the master bathroom. You cannot run the heaters at night in either bedroom because it makes a very loud knocking sound that will keep you awake. We had to turn it off in the kids' room as well because they couldn't sleep with how loud it was. The kids struggled to climb up and down to get in and out of the bunk beds because they had to climb on the sides, and we had to stand and watch/help to make sure they didn't fall. It wasn't until the day we were leaving that we discovered there were ladders for both of them underneath the beds. That would have been really nice to know and to have for the duration of our stay given how dangerous it was for our kids to get in and out of the top bunk. The beds were also not very comfortable and we were feeling it in our hips and backs by the third night.
