• Good condo close to Winter Park

  I stayed at this condo with my family and my sister’s family. It was a great location for Winter Park and very reasonable. Our only disappointment was not having access to the pool and jacuzzi. We had specifically chosen a condo with this amenity, because one child couldn’t ski. Unfortunately, the key fob for the recreation center was missing. We tried to reach the manager, but did not receive a response.

• Nice if only 4 - 6 people

  Pros: good location, easy to find, had amenities and kitchen well stocked.

  Cons: too small (pics are misleading) for having more than 4 -6 ppl. Not enough seating for everyone in your party to sit and talk together. Cramped spaces. Great for only one family.

  We're sorry to hear the condo felt a little cramped for your preferences. We do state in the listing that the condo is 759 sq ft, and the photos accurately display how much seating there is, so our future guests are aware before they book their reservation.

• No communication from manager

  Checked -in December 3rd. There's was no communication from management whatsoever. We didn't know the weather was bad in Winter Park, we tried to contact management several times that day and the next day to inform him we would be checking out early and if I could be refunded for the two days we weren't staying at the location, still no call back nor email. Very unprofessional

  Jamie, we know how frustrating it is when you can’t reach someone during your stay, and we apologize that Evolve’s communication fell short. We are increasing our staffing to make sure that we can respond more quickly to guests moving forward. We work with both guests and owners to make sure that we can provide a fair resolution if an issue does happen, and we apologize we weren’t able to provide the resolution you were hoping for based on our cancellation policy. The mountain ski town location of this property is part of its charm, but unfortunately, winter conditions can occur which is out of the owner's control.
