  Very close to Winter Park and nice club house. The bus pickup is right out front. Great price! We arrived a day early and the owner got us in which was very nice. Someone really needs to go through and organize closets, kitchen cupboards, under sinks and check extra blankets/ pillows to eliminate the ones that are ripped up. Also, in April the clubhouse doesn’t have towels so extra towels in the condo would be nice.

  - We're disappointed to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - Since we purchased the home, we have made many updates and additions from painting to adding a new table, TV, and lighting. We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the home and decor meet their expectations.
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences, and thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will further look into your concern with the mattress in the master bedroom moving on the frame and make any necessary repairs. We are uncertain why there would not be a top sheet on the bed as this is a requirement of our cleaning service. We will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
  - When you reached out about the concerns with the faucet, we promptly responded and came to the property to address and remedy the issue, it is an older sink, and we are looking into replacing the faucets completely. We were unaware of any issues with the bath stopper and will further investigate and repair it if needed. We wish you had brought your concerns to our attention during one of the many contacts we had throughout your stay, we would have been more than happy to help and address your concerns.
  - We're disappointed to hear you didn't find value in our home. Evolve carefully set competitive rates for our property after a thorough analysis of the property itself and the surrounding area.

• Wonderful time at Beaver Village

  Excellent location close to the club house and steps from the bus line. The snowshoeing and skiing in the area was exceptional. Comfortable and clean unit and a very responsive and welcoming host. We would love to stay there again.

• Mouse poop and stiff beds

  There was mouse poop discovered throughout the rental and, out of the 6 bed spots advertised, only the king bed was comfortable. The two twins and the pull out may as well have been cardboard on top of springs.

  Hi Anthony, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We have high standards of hospitality for our property and strive to provide a positive experience to our guests.
  - Cleanliness of the home is highly important to us and we have never had any similar issues before with previous guests. The condo is on the second floor so we're unsure where the animal came from but we had the housekeeper do a thorough clean, put out some traps that day, and contacted the HOA so they could also deal with it. In understanding your concern, we immediately agreed to fair compensation for your troubles.
  - While mattress taste is subjective, we have never received any complaints about this in the past. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that our specific beds did not suit your personal preferences. The couch and second bedroom mattresses are the newer mattresses being only two years old with the couch as an upgrade having memory foam, and the the bedroom having pillow tops.
  - We wish you had made us aware of any concerns during your stay so we would have had to opportunity to resolve them.
  We truly do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Great location, comfortable stay

  As advertised. Great location. Convenient to resort and town shops & restaurants. A bit dated but everything worked and it was a comfortable stay.
