    The house was immaculate and well stocked with every appliance and consumable product needed.

    The location was quiet and convenient for going into Winter Park or Mary Jane.

    Would definitely recommend.

  • Cozy cabin

    The cabin was really cozy. The only bad thing about it, is that it wasn’t properly cleaned. The restrooms, showers needed attention. They were dirty. They need to hire someone that deep cleans that cabin. Other than that our stay was good.

    Hi Jack, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay and share your concern that the property was not cleaned to our high standards. We were quick to offer you compensation when we first learned of your concerns. Following your stay, we switched to a new property management company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. While we have a relatively new furnace, the basement stays cooler than the main floor most notably when the main floor fireplace is left on for extended periods since the whole house thermostat is on the main floor. We have since added additional space heaters for future guests.
    We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!

    This house was perfect for my family’s spring break. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and great location. We were even greeted by a pair of moose upon arrival.

    This is a perfect location. We have stayed in both Winter Park and Breckenridge, and nothing has been as convenient and easy as this property! Accommodated two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Hot tub was heated upon arrival. Maintenance came and serviced the hot tub and fixed a toilet promptly. Trails within the neighborhood. Shops, restaurants, grocery, within 2 miles. Five minute drive to Winter Park Resort and 5 minutes to Fraser Tubing Hill. Highly recommend!
