Nice house and neighborhood
5/5 Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Free snacks and coffee. Good location and nice neighborhood. Long Sooper grocery and two brewpubs within a 5 minute drive. Sat in the backyard relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Didn’t use the grill or fire pit, both propane.

Comfortable home away from home
5/5 If you are expecting dog hair or pet odors, you won't find them here. Super clean home. It's like entering Snoopy's dog house, looks small from the outside, but once you enter it keeps on going. Stayed in Denver visiting our son and the location was perfect for getting around. Very nicely updated home with modern appliances. Plenty of off the street parking in front as well as back with use of the garage, which we didn't need. TV's in the family room and bedrooms offered any channels you wanted when it was time to relax. Management and owner responded immediately to any questions or communications. The electric information board was a nice touch and helped us plan our days. One note, we only saw baseboard heat and no A/C, except for a portable unit in the 4 season room, so I would double check that if you are planning a summer stay. Would stay here again when visiting.

Quick Denver Trip
5/5 We were in Denver for college tours, a concert, and a few hikes. The Gray house was perfect for our group of 4! The house was just as advertised; extremely clean, nicely decorated, and within 15-20 min from everything we did! We would stay here again and would highly recommend it! A Wonderful Week!
5/5 We spent a great week in Denver at John's home. John has taken great care of his home and it is easy to see he really cares! The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms even have bluetooth. The whole home is cozy and comfortable. The family room is a good place to sit and talk or watch TV. The weather was warm and we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing. The sunroom also provided warmth and lots of light. The neighborhood is quiet and we were excited to find that the home is located within walking distance of several great restaurants and bars. There is a double car garage and also a nice long driveway for parking cars. We really enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend renting the "Dog-Friendly Ranch Retreat" if you are looking for a place to stay in Denver.

Short Trip to Denver
5/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Gray house! We were in town for college tours, a concert and hiking. The Gray house was perfect for our family mix (2-18 yo, 79yo and myself). The house was nicely appointed, very clean, exactly as advertised, and 15-20 min away from all of our destinations. I would stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
