Location Details

This prime vacation rental sits on an open, peaceful lot just west of Tabernash. A nearby communal playground is located next to a local pond pond, where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.

The Fraser to Granby trail passes by the property at the end of the street, which is a great trail for biking or cross-country skiing during the winter. Snow Mountain Ranch, known as the 'YMCA of the Rockies,' is only 5 minutes away and offers a plethora of fun family-friendly activities.

Make a tee time at Pole Creek Golf Club, situated just minutes away. The public 27-hole course meanders through lush fields with wildflowers and challenging shots across 2 ponds and 5 lakes. Treat the crew to happy hour at the seasonal clubhouse restaurant, Bistro 28. Or, walk to Tabernash Tavern, one of the nicest restaurants in all of Grand County!

Explore downtown Winter Park, less than 10 minutes away, offering a plethora of unique shops, eateries, and breweries. Head out for downhill skiing, snowshoeing, or tubing at Winter Park Resort - just a 15-minute drive from your home. During warmer months, enjoy hiking, white water rafting, fly fishing, and boating.

Great place

Surprisingly spacious. Perfect for 2 families to share. A little more dog hair than I would have liked to see but I found some cleaners under sink to address some issues. They had everything I needed in the kitchen. Location was perfect for winter park and Granby ski resorts. The only negative was that I had to access the house from the front door when returning to property. A garage code or garage remote would be preferred. As far as the noise level next door due to construction- not an issue. My son napped just fine during the day. I didn’t need it but they had access to a pack and play and toys for little ones that my son was happy to find. We had a great stay!

The Guest Contact was very responsive to all questions and helped a lot. The property had plenty of room for our friend's weekend and we very much enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms were all very comfy and had all you needed.

The rental was very spacious and the location with respect to town and our activities was nice. The rate was very reasonable and the private hot tub was great. The beds were also very comfortable and sheets were fresh and clean. The property manager was also very nice and helpful with check-in information. Unfortunately, when we arrived they were still cleaning so we had to wait 20 min to check-in. The floor did not seem very clean. The carpet felt very dirty and looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. Also, the counters had some debris and didn’t looked fully wiped. Overall, the place just had an unclean feel. Lastly, in the rental neighborhood there is a lot of construction which brings mud and other construction remnants. We brought our dog and there was very little grass area for him. Overall, not our greatest stay and we will not be returning.

Great location very quiet!

We wanted a place we could just relax. Even though it is a townhome it was so quiet. The neighbor was there but our whole stay we never heard a peep. The hot tub was fun, and the cabin was clean. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it is but still a very nice place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone and would return. Thank you to the host for such great and fast service!

Accurate, beautiful, and spacious!

We had such an amazing time. We fit 12 adult women comfortably in this beautiful home, the amenities were perfect and the stay was effortless! Chris was always quick to respond and so accommodating.
