  House is really breathtaking! We were able to host a very small 20 person wedding here and the owner and guest contact were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this house especially if you are looking to spend quality time with family or friends as the house is set up to entertain.

• Fun family house

  We had a great time at this house. The common living spaces are great for families. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you will need. The property manager is very quick to answer any questions you might have. The only down side was that the hot tub jets were broken while we were there and some parts of the house are showing a little wear and tear. Overall it was a very cozy experience.

• Wonderful Mountain View Home on golf course.

  Home was completely up to expectations, and was more than we had hoped for. Location works nicely for travel to several areas and is a mere 30-35 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. So many different things to do close by. The turret with the secret passageway, was a big hit with my 4.5 year old daughter. It could be a 5th bedroom by taking the air mattresses in the master, or the fold out futon-like pads from the loft to be used as beds up there. Would have loved to have used the wood fired pizza oven, but we could not obtain any yeast to make the dough due to Covid shortages. The place is huge, and is amusingly unique. One member of our group who is now 70, and does not play golf anymore, tagged along for a a golf cart ride through the 27 holes adjacent to the property. It was so amazingly beautiful, that he now wants to take golf back up. Kitchen is beautiful although positioning of appliances leaves a bit of a traffic jam in the elbow., but who cares??? I am vacationing there...not living there. Hot tub is older and not a “super jet” situation, but gathered as much from other reviews, but it really was just fine. The outdoor firepit is gas, and roars! After a long day of activities, we really were not staying up too late, and not having to worry about coals was a good thing, though we all love wood fires, it was probably best.

  I travel extensively, and stay in large homes in many different areas. Will plan to come back here again.

• Beautiful Property with Everything

  The pool table, gas firepit and hot tub were wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, we just brought the food. My brother in law did fix the wobbly dining room chairs and there are a few lightbulbs burned out but nothing that affected our stay. Also the book included said Elevation Pizza delivered and they do not. I couldn't find a restaurant that delivered but it's only a few minutes to town.
