  Our trip started off rough with southwest and missing our connecting flight so we arrived a day late, but upon arrival in February our condo was VERY cold. It took until the next day to kind of warm up. My daughter found an Oreo in her bed. When I tried to slide open the sliding door window treatment it fell off the rod. When I called the rental co to ask about the bus system they couldn’t answer any questions . The door lock took about 7 tries each time to get it to finally open. It appears the jam has damage to it from previous issues. Next quick trip we’ll stay in the hotel by the ski resort.

  • The comfort of our guests is very important, and we'd like to express our sincere apologies that the heating not working properly during your stay. A contractor has been contacted to have this fixed, and we're awaiting their reply.
  • Our HOA is responsible for repairing the door. We'll follow up with them to ensure this is resolved promptly.

  Our stay was overall good. This place is cozy, however there were some updates needed (ie: dirty shower curtain and broken dishwasher). The management company was not as responsive to inquiries as I would have hoped. The door gets stuck and I had to call to figure out how to get in the door. I was told someone would come out and fix this, but this did not happen. Also, I called to tell the management company about the broken dishwasher. I left a voicemail and an email. After not hearing from them for several hours, I called again as was told they had received my voicemail and email, but did not inform me as such. Overall, this place was a good stay, but it can use some updates and communication with the management company can use improvement.

  Very nice and clean. They had everything stocked you could possibly need. The hot tub was amazing.

  Beautiful accomodations close to everything we were doing. The maintenance man dos come about a leak in the ceiling below us and we had to stop using one toilet. He was very professional and polite.

  Condo was very clean and everything was as advertised. The unit is newly remodeled and comfortable. Well supplied toiletries and well stocked kitchen. Would definetly stay there again.
