  • Horrible experience!!

    Apparently Evolve was supposed to cancel the reservation because the property owner wanted to be in the property, but Evolve did not contact me about that. We showed up at the property at 9:30pm and it was in a disgusting state. Luckily I was able to get a hotel room down the street for our stay. Evolve did refund me the total amount of the rental, but I still have the VRBO fees which I think should be refunded to me because we did not stay in the property. Worst experience I have ever had in renting properties over the last 30 years!

    Clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with essentials. Pictures online were well represented. Condo was close to slopes, shopping & restaurants. Would stay again!!!

    This was my first time to Steamboat in over 25 years and I was looking for a place to stay that was close to the ski resort and downtown. That is exactly what I got. The place was close to the bus line and in a safe neighborhood. Inside the condo it was very clean and the owners left very detailed instructions on where everything was and how to use it (example: the TV). The house was very clean. There were only two of us (thought we might have another couple join) so we had plenty of room to ourselves. It still would have been very comfortable with 4 people, maybe 6. We did not take advantage of the hot tub but it was close enough if we wanted to. Parking was no issue at all.Thank you for your hospitality!
