great trip
4/5 The only thing I would mention is the stove light didn’t work and the hood of the stove definitely needs a good cleaning. The fan in the master bedroom was terribly loud and needs fixed. The property and pools/hot tubs were fantastic. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Short distance to mountain.
5/5 The unit is set up very nicely for two couples. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms.The listing made it hard to tell if second bathroom was private or not. It's hard to explain the layout but I would definitely call it private. Furniture was comfortable. Location great! One of the three outside hot tubs wasn't working so the hot tubs did get pretty crowded. The fourth one which is inside, the jets didn't have much power. The ones outside were great. There were only a couple items we would add. -A cookie sheet, dish rag, and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Other than those very small inconveniences the place is wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

Our Stay
5/5 The property was as described and worked well for us for 3 1/2 weeks in July 2022. We particularly enjoyed the pool and bbq area which we used with our grandchildren who live in Steamboat. The frying pans were out of date and we contributed a new one.
