Location won us over
5/5 This was a great space for the 2 of us. TV placement is a bit odd, but thankfully we weren't visiting for a lot of TV time. The kicker for us was the location. So close to everything we needed. :)

Downtown Silverthorne
5/5 Sweet little place. Neighbors all seem to be hard working people who mind their business. Neighborhood is quiet, you are about 4 blocks from the main street. Target is 6 blocks away. A wonderful restaurant, "The Mint" is about 4 blocks away. Less than 5 minutes to I-70.

Never again
1/5 Was supposed to stay here 3 nights and left after the first night. The host never replied to my concerns until after I left. There was no bedding for the pull out bed. The pull out bed is a double and the extra fitted sheet was a single, so the advertised second bed was unusable. There was no flat sheet. The blind to the patio did not open. The outside bottom of the toilet was not clean. We could smell foul smelling food coming from the neighbors unit at night and very early in the morning, bad enough to make me feel nauseous. Building is very old and entrance is not the easiest. Would never stay here again. I’m still waiting for anyone to ever get back to me about the issues, it’s completely unsatisfactory. I’ve stayed at several other home rentals in the past, this is the first time I ever left before my stay was supposed to end.
