Amazing location. The view from the living room and balcony is amazing. So thankful to be able to bring our dogs. Quite neighborhood. Kitchen had all the utensils- will need to bring all ingredients- things like oil and seasonings, keurig cups etc. fireplace was a nice touch. Overall great stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. We experienced a bit of trouble at check in when our code did not work and the temperature outside was well below zero. Thankfully, we were able to get assistance quite quickly by calling the number listed in the check in email. Unfortunately, someone had not set the thermostat correctly, and we found ourselves freezing in a condo that registered 47 degrees Fahrenheit! Once it warmed up, it was great! A couple of suggestions I have would be to include more specific instructions in the check in email to let renters know which building the unit is in. Arriving at night in the dark, made it extremely difficult to find the exact condo. Also, it would be helpful if the email mentioned parking passes and have them placed on the table instead of in the three-ringed binder. It was great having a washer and dryer, but they were tricky to get turned on. We had conflicting information about what to set the heat to when we left. One thing we read said 60 degrees in winter, but another stated 70 degrees. We opted for 65 as a compromise! Additionally, there is a regular coffee maker, too, not just a Keurig.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. The homeowner has asked us to pass along the following message: "We are so sorry that you had so much trouble getting in and we do understand how miserable it can be when it is so cold. We sincerely appreciate your feedback for the instructions on getting to our property and apologize for the heat issues. We do hope you will consider visiting us again. We are great in summer! Thank you!"
This is a nice condo that has been updated well. Fit myself, my husband, and my young son easily with the two bedrooms. Logical location with quick access to a few ski resorts.
There does need to be better directions for getting there - Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze showed the place being about half a mile from where it actually was based on the address and it took about 35 minutes at night for us to figure out where it was. Also be warned that it is loud in the evenings and mornings. The unit is on the top floor but the walls are very thin. You can hear just about everything your neighbors are doing.
I am so happy I was able to find this extremely cute & quaint apartment for a weekend getaway from Denver with my fiancé! The mountain and lake views from the balcony are absolutely breath taking. We loved watching the sail boats on Dillon Lake each morning and being surrounded by the golden Aspens this time of year. We especially enjoyed being able to bring along our dog with the close proximity this location is to different hiking trails, perfect for fall leaf peeping!
From the Owner: "So happy that you enjoyed your visit and hope you will revisit us in the future."
This place made for a great getaway for my wife and me with our dogs. We even got lucky enough to have a few moose outside one morning.
