Immerse yourself in a mountain paradise at this magnificent townhome in Silverthorne. With bright modern decor, 1,700 square feet of living space, and stunning obstructed views of the Rockies, you'll absolutely love recharging here after outdoor adventures. Up to 6 guests can unwind in this comfy 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation rental home. After trout fishing, skiing, or snowshoeing on the golf course across the street, soak in your private hot tub or relax in front of the cozy gas fireplace!
Head across the street to spend an afternoon at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks! Golf enthusiasts can bring their love of golf to this beautiful area and practice their swing against a stunning mountain backdrop. Enjoy private trout fishing on the gold-meal Blue River just a few minutes from the property, one of Colorado's best tailwater fisheries.
In the winter, you'll have free access to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on the golf course! The townhome is also centrally located for ski days at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
Just over 30 miles from Vail and Beaver Creek, drive under 45 minutes to spend a day strolling through the Vail's high-end mountain town offerings, including award-winning restaurants, excellent local boutiques, and upscale bars.
On arrival the property is attractive, clean and welcoming, including a lovely welcome package. It is also very well stocked with necessities and more in the kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately this great start was let down by a few things that weren’t quite as advertised in photos and descriptions.
-the fireplace was not working, according to a note left this was due to a previous guest, still a disappointment
- the garage is not usable without paying an extra fee. The note left about this seems to imply you’re not to use the driveway either which is odd
- the large bath in the main en-suite is not usable due to the hot water system limitations. As communicated in the welcome email, the “continuous” hot water system only continues to supply hot water for about 2 showers worth, nowhere near enough for such a large tub.
- sadly the cover to the spa is installed so as to block the view when the spa is in use
In addition, we found the property to generate an incredible amount of static electricity, particularly upstairs. Perhaps due to a combination of the dry air, carpet, fleece blankets and metal furniture.
Overall the property could be really good with a few small tweaks. Fixing the hot water, the fireplace, turning the cover on the pool around 90 deg, change the fleece blankets and metal furniture would go a long way. In the meanwhile fixing the photo descriptions and being more explicit in the description might reduce future disappointments.
This house was everything it was promised to be. It was cozy, clean, and the most well-stocked house I've ever rented! My friend and I stayed there alone, but there would have been room for more. We had some communication with the owner and she was very quick to respond. I would definitely rent this property again!

Property exactly as shown and described. Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views! Convenient to everything. We really enjoyed the hot tub every day after hiking in the Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge areas.House was very well stocked with everything you can think of, from plenty of towels to all of the extras like a full stock of spices and condiments to cook with. Also had all the little extras like hand soaps and lotions. We loved the gift basket full of goodies too! Property was clean and well care for. We would definitely recommend this property and would rent again!

Liked the location next to the bike path and close proximity to Angler Mtn and Willowbrook trailheads. Clean property with good sleeping space. Kitchen well-appointed.Living space is narrow and a bit tight for 6 people. Road noise from Hwy 9 is loud in summer when trying to get cool night air. Issue with parking spaces when you have 3 vehicles. Get the impression the neighbors are not happy about renters in the middle unit.

This property is located in a new and convenient area to skiing at Copper or going into Frisco to shop or eat. The house was very well supplied with plenty of towels, coffee and anything else you could need for your stay. We used the hot tub out back everyday! The only problems that occurred were not being able to use the garage and the heat thermostat lowering constantly…we’re from Florida so we needed the heat! Other than those two things, everything was great!
