With its convenient location in the Treehouse Condominiums, this condo makes it easy to access several area attractions. Take the free Summit Stage shuttle that stops in front of the property to head 5 minutes to town for a day of shopping at the Outlets at Silverthorne!
If you can't get enough of the snow, go to the Silverthorne Nordic Center where you can snowshoe and cross-country ski! All within minutes of the condo are Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Ski Area, as well as Vail which is only 40 minutes away!
Also nearby is the quaint mountain town of Frisco, home to a nordic center, adventure park, and a historic park and museum.
Summertime also invites endless outdoor activities, such as fly-fishing in the Blue River, golfing at Raven Golf Course at Three Peaks, and hiking the near Lily Pad Lake. Just 12 minutes from the condo is Dillon Reservoir, offering breathtaking views, hiking trails, and bike paths!

Nice property for a Summit County ski trip
4/5 Really enjoyed the property. Layout fit our group of 6 adults perfectly. The owner was very supportive of our needs (5 stars). The Property Management Company was a bust (negative 5 stars). When the entire 4 floor condo building lost hot water, they lied telling us that the repair folks were on site and working the issue. When pressed on that statement several hours later, the reply from the representative of the property manager was "no one is dying so live with it." Not the way to treat paying customers. The Condo Assn. is letting down its owners and guests by keeping this management company. It also gives Vrbo and Evole a bad reputation by association. Needs immediate attention. We have names and numbers if anyone cares. If not "live with it."

Great place to stay
4/5 The kitchen was very nice. The place fit 7 of us comfortably with one person having to sleep in the couch. The bathroom in the master had some issues with flushing.

5/5 Great location! Very clean and homie. Property manager was very friendly and helpful. It took me some time to get use to the elevation change since I'm from Texas but still over all nice place.
