Perfect Stay!
5/5 House was just wonderful, so sensibly and beautifully furnished, kitchen fully equipped, everything we needed and then some. Loved the porch with fire pit. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We’ll be back!

5/5 I can’t believe this house was available for NYE!!! It was so beautiful and conveniently located. I would highly recommend this home if you are considering a trip to Pagosa Springs. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!
5/5 The home is at the end of a culture-de-sac. The area is a little busy so this was nice. The home is new and beautiful. The kitchen was amazing. It was a chefs dream kitchen! New everything. and it was so nice having cookware that was in a perfect condition.
The beds were comfortable and the carpet was nice and clean.
Staying in a new house was the best!!!
The only down side I can possibly find, is the location. It is in a beautiful spot, but it is about 15-20 minute drive back to town. But that is the way all of Pagosa is.
