Ski trip
5/5 Great home for our family of 6. Bedrooms are spacious- extra loft area for grandkids to watch tv. Lots of outdoor area to build snowmen and garage area with walkway to house. Lots of windows to enjoy the view and snowfall. Property management had driveway cleared for us during our stay after heavy snowfall- that was unexpected but so greatly appreciated! We would rebook this home on future visits! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

2023 Ski Trio
5/5 Great location in Pagosa Springs- close to restaurants, gas stations and Walmart and easy drive to Wolf Creek ski area. Perfect house for our family of 6- spacious bedrooms and loft area- plenty areas to store your luggage, clothes, etc. Full kitchen, washer/ dryer available to use. Lots of windows to enjoy the view. Heavy snowfall during our stay- management sent people to clear the driveway for us- very greatly appreciated! Management checked in with us by text during our stay if we didn’t anything- we didn’t but we appreciated the contact.

Very clean and well stocked!
5/5 We loved the quiet area and the proximity to fun activities. We had daily visit from deer and hummingbirds. The place was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. The only down side was there is no air conditioning, so a few extra fans would have been nice to have at night. Overall loved it and would highly recommend!!!

Checks all the boxes in Pagosa Springs
5/5 Have visited Pagosa several times in the last year and was nervous picking a place that was new and had no reviews. Took a chance and was pleased with the outcome. The location is close to stores and restaurants but far enough you do not hear the road noise. The home backs to a golf course and has a detached garage for parking (our f150 did not fit due to a work bench). The home had all the kitchen items needed, the bathrooms had towels, soaps etc. The beds were SUPER comfortable. The winter stay was even more enjoyable with the heated floors and gas fireplace. Don't let the two front doors fool you, this is a nice space at a good price in Pagosa Springs. Local property manager is excellent too.
