Colorado ski trip
4/5 House is clean and very well kept. Printed house rules indicate No Pets allowed but that was the reason we booked it due to being pet friendly. Someone needs to update listing. Never able to reach contact person for questions prior to or during stay. We left two days prior to actual check out.

Beautiful Home
4/5 This house is beautiful, almost new, modern and has high end appliances and fixtures. Everything worked and it was in a quiet, convenient area. The garage was a real plus, especially when loading/unloading in inclement weather. The rooms were large and the den would be perfect for large gatherings. The enclosed deck was great. It would be really nice to have some chairs and a fire pit for viewing the beautiful surroundings.
As a new build, there were a few items that would really enhance the satisfaction of a guest. These include: coat hooks in bathrooms and by front and back doors, dressers in all bedrooms, a TV in primary bedroom, decor and mirrors hung and not stored in closets.
With a few cosmetic additions, this beautiful property would certainly be a solid 5 stars hands down.
Wonderful property - garage appreciated
4/5 Wonderful property and the garage is appreciated, especially in heavy snow. The driveway could use more plowing as we got stuck in the snow banks exiting the driveway. Also the fire alarm was beeping. The batteries need to be changed on this more often to avoid waking people up in the middle of the night. Also need a pizza pan. Apart from that, very cozy, clean, lots of space and everything comfortable and cozy.

Great space, poor support
3/5 The house was very nice and updated, but the contact listed had a wrong number still. Communication was difficult. We had to check in an hour late because the housekeeper was still there at 2pm. No snow shovel on premise and the company that was supposed to clear driveway only came once when it snowed for a couple days straight. Wish the manager was more responsive.
