We stayed here during Christmas. The place was very nice and clean. The property manager even had a Christmas tree set up for us. The location is excellent. It is close to the grocery store, Walmart, gas stations, coffee shop, several decent restaurants (Thai Pagosa was awesome!!) and ski rentals. The neighborhood is very nice and the snow removal was timely and well done. We would be going back for spring break but the property was already booked out. My only complaint was that the top bunk's rails do not come above the top of the mattress. I would recommend they put a thinner mattress up there so that the rails are high enough to stop someone from rolling out.

This is a nice condo, close to most amenities. The bunk beds were enjoyed by the children. Like most places on VRBO these days, there is a list of things to be done at check out which really seems excessive given the prices and fees. No laundry soap to start a load of towels as instructed.

We had only a short stay, but everything was wonderful! The views were breathtaking and the accommodations were on point!

Condo was clean and had all the necessary utensils. It was nice to have A/C but the upstairs was noticeably warmer than downstairs. There also seemed to be a problem with the dryer. It didn't get things very dry for some reason. The couch was very narrow and could use an upgrade. Beds were comfy. Overall stay was a good one and we'd do it again.

Great property for spring break adventure. Skied wolf Creek, enjoyed the town of Pagosa Springs and took a day trip to Durango.
