Great stay in Pagosa Springs.
5/5 Spent two weeks at this property. It is in in an ideal location, close to shopping and area attractions.We had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well supplied. The beds were extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed evenings out on the back deck enjoying the view and great weather.The owner was very responsive to questions, and problems were addressed quickly and thoroughly. All in all, I would recommend this property.

5/5 This was our 5th trip to Pagosa. We just loved this house. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were family of 4 and beautiful set up. Privacy and deck's location overlooking lake/golf course was the best. Sunset was amazing. Scrub Oaks and deers coming next to deck area were awesome.Plenty of rooms/space for everyone to sleep. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms nice and clean. Truly loved the oversize garage and fit our Tundra very well :) The owners care a lot of their guest: welcome basket, great information, stocked kitchen, etc. Place is very convenient location to Walmart/City Market and restaurants & Hot springs. Great awesome place we felt at home. We will come again.

Great Location for a Family Ski Weekend
5/5 We loved this house. Great setup for a family of 5 and plenty of room for more to sleep on couches/air mattresses if needed.When we weren't out enjoying the snow it was a great place to hang out.Large selection of movies, games, puzzles & books.I appreciated the oversize garage with enough space to open the rear of the minivan for loading/unloading with the garage door closed.Lots of little things showed the owners care about their guest: welcome basket, great binder with instructions/information, extra hooks in the showers, well stocked kitchen, extra hangers in the closetsConvenient location to Walmart/City Market and restaurants.We'd stay here again for a ski trip and we're thinking about coming back in the summertime.
