Our Paradise Vacation
5/5 We absolutely loved the home. Very relaxing and spacious. The fireplace was amazing as well as the books and games for children. The outside deck with the gorgeous view was a nice touch also. The stay was just what we neeed for a relaxing vacation. Thank you again and safe travels.

Pagosa Springs Get Away!
5/5 We had a little weekend get away,10/14 thru 10/16, to enjoy the scenery, hot springs and shopping. This home was perfect for the weekend. It was only four of us but I was surprised that the home could accommodate even more people if need be. The master bedroom was nice and the bed was comfortable. The second bedroom was also very nice with a comfortable bed. There were two more full size beds upstairs in the loft and TWO more twin beds in a small room upstairs also! We had a couple of hiccups with minor maintenance problems, the showerhead in one of the bathrooms was cracked and one of the burners on the stove did not work, but we were able to let the property manager know quickly. The view of the lake from the back porch area...SPECTACULAR!! The bbq grill in the back worked great, made some fajitas one night! The living room area was nicely furnished and the fire place was perfect for a movie night. There were plenty of board games and books in the living room if you need a family event to do otherwise the TV had plenty to watch with Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps. The kitchen and dining area was a nice spot to spend time together as I cooked and everyone hung around the table enjoying conversations and drinks. The heater in the home DEFINTELY works when you need it to, and the house stays so nice and cool during the day. The home is a good 10 min drive from town but the drive to and from was very scenic, this area is beautiful! I will definitely be returning with the family for another stay in the near future!

Nice size, great location
5/5 We had 5 people, so most 2 bedrooms were not quite big enough. This one has plenty of extra beds up in the loft area. The location is not far to town and right on the lake for paddle boarding, fishing, etc. Also very convenient to lots of great hikes in the area. We will definitely stay here again.
