Family getaway
4/5 Recommend window coverings on windows that don't have any, replace some of the Teflon pots and pans, and we couldn't get the fireplace to light. Otherwise, we had a great time with family with plenty of room to hang out in the evening.

Beautiful area
4/5 Home worked for our group of 4 friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood and we loved sitting on the deck talking at night. Many fun things to do during the day in the Pagosa springs area.
