Clean and great location close to downtown Montrose
5/5 Property was in good condition - plenty of space for 2 couples with 2 adult sons. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice linens and towels. Room for improvement on mattresses. Private backyard and deck. We didn't spend a lot of time at the property since we were there for our daughter's wedding and enjoying all this area had to offer with family and friends. Thanks for a comfortable home-away-from-home and the surprise welcome basket!

5/5 It was so nice and clean! Everything you could possibly need! Decorated nicely and the upstairs for the kids was perfect! Will definitely be back, my wife has family in Montrose.

Golf Getaway
2/5 The listing said "new", maybe that meant it was "new" to VRBO. The house is not new, the beds are certainly not new. All of the mattresses need to be upgraded, and full size beds do not suffice for 2 adults. The air conditioning situation in the upper level is not good. A window unit in a half open window had to be rigged with a monopoly game board to block incoming hot air.The location is great, the common area and deck are comfortable for visiting. We had to make the bedroom and bathrooms work for 6 people. If there were more, as it is advertised to accommodate, it would have been unworkable. Not really what we expected for the price.
