Colorado stay
5/5 We loved the house and the location. If anything it could us a few more TVs. We didn't realize there was only one shower but it never ran out of hot water. It was over all a great place to stay and the manager was excellent!

Like home
5/5 The house with the blue door was a great place to stay. It was very comfortable and clean. I was especially impressed with the kitchen...fully equipped! I also really appreciated that Courtney was so available to answer questions. We spent two days exploring The Black Canyon of the Gunnison and this was a great place to come home to after long days outside.

Spring break stay!
5/5 Great location, central to everything in Montrose near main traffic access but quiet neighborhood. Very clean! Plenty of well organized space that helped precipitate a smooth flow throughout the house. Nice covered patio to enjoy sitting outdoors. Garage space a plus. New appliances ice/water in fridge door. Huge washer dryer. 2nd washroom very convenient! Little extras like: black wash clothes for makeup removal, plenty of bath and kitchen towels, games, fun piano, excellent TV package, closet organizer systems, easy key pad entry and garage door opener. Owner very thoughtful and accommodating! Nothing to complain about! Really an enjoyable stay. Thank you!
